No, we only sell new products, we could very easily sell used equipment and actually make higher profit margins, however 9 out of 10 customers would not be happy with a used product. For the cost of maintenance you could easily purchase a new machine that will last much longer. > Q. What is your Return Policy A. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns plus shipping/delivery charges. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 30 days of purchase.
