Q. How do I know which product is right for me?
A. You can check out our ratings pages for some of the products available, otherwise
you can call or email. We don’t just send out auto replies or canned emails,
we will take the time to answer your questions and make suggestions with each
email we receive.
Q. Where are you located?
We are a West Coast based company with an outlet store in Henderson, NV just
minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Using our own staff along with a network of
independent professionals we are able to provide worldwide service and deliveries.
Q. How do I see the products that you sell?
A. Most people shop around at local stores or they are familiar with a product
from the gym.
Q. What if I don't want to use my credit card to order?
A. We will be glad to accept a check on delivery. We would only need a credit
card deposit to cover the cost of shipping. But as consumers ourselves we always
recommend you make all online purchases with a credit card as it will provide
you with most protection against fraud.
Q. How do I know you are not some fly-by-night Internet
company?
A. We are backed by a 5000 sq/ft showroom; we are not some guy working out of
his basement like many people selling equipment online. We stand behind everything
we sell with our reputation and our commitment to customer service.
Q. Do you offer any financing plans?
A. Yes, we offer financing depending on your location. From time to time we offer 6 or 12 months

Q. Do you sell used equipment?……
A. No, we only sell new products, we could very easily sell used equipment and actually make higher profit margins, however 9 out of 10 customers
would not be happy with a used product. For the cost of maintenance you could easily purchase a new machine that will last much longer.
> Q. What is your Return Policy
A. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns plus shipping/delivery charges. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 30 days of purchase. We offers exchanges and credits up to 60 days unless otherwise noted on your invoice
